CHELSEA NEAR DEAL FOR ROMA DEFENDER

Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has arrived in London to complete his £36m move to Chelsea.
Germany centre half Rudiger has agreed to join Chelsea who have beat off late competition from Manchester City.
Rudiger is due to undergo a medical before completing a deal which is made up of £31m plus £5m in add-ons.
Chelsea have been looking at Virgil van Dijk. Leonardo Bonucci and Jerome Boateng but have sealed a deal for Rudiger.
Former Stuttgart defender Rudiger has been at Roma for two seasons and is a regular for the German national team.
His power, strength and pace would be a match for what Conte wants to strengthen his squad.
They have looked at Kostas Manolas, Leonardo Bonucci, Jerome Boateng and Virgil Van Dijk, but Rudiger will become Conte's first significant signing as a Premier League champion.

TIPS FOR BETTING IN KENYA, BEGINNERS

How do these winners do it? What's the secret? Is there a science (or the art) behind success in betting?
First of all, as previously mentioned, it can take some time to master the skill of making money on betting. If you're a beginner, don't be in a rush. As easy and simple as sports betting looks, you aren't likely to get things right at the start. If you do it the wrong way, you won't enjoy sports betting and you won't make money.Take your time to learn.
Here are the top tips for beginners
1. Understand as much as you can about the sport that you're betting on
An experienced player will tell you that it isn't just about how many wins the team has had during their last six or eight games. Rather, it's about how well they've been playing offensively or defensively. Have there been fights internally? Has the coach been replaced? Is the team good at home or away?
These details will help you place a good bet and predict an outcome that is as accurate as possible.
2. The one that's favorite doesn't always win
An unwritten rule that is worth considering. It however can be difficult to ignore because of the odds given.
A good example is was when Leicester City won the Premier League during the 2015/16 season. The odds of them doing it were 5000 / 1 and the favorites were Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Spurs.
Leicester City did it against all odds and yes, a lot of Kenyans made good money betting on Leicester's games, especially when they played at home during that season. The odds weren't always in their favor until towards the end of the season. They did so simply because of how Leicester was playing.
3. Don't bet emotionally. Don't bet with your heart
You love your team. You want them to win. It makes sense that they should. They are up against strong opposition but then you are convinced that because you love them, they must win. You go ahead and put a huge amount of money on them to win. Then they lose. You are depressed or even angry at yourself.
This has been the scenario of many Kenyans who didn't take their time to do their homework. Avoid betting with your heart. Use your head. You've got the Internet so have no excuse about searching for as much information as possible about the teams playing. It's all out there and it's free. Basically yours for the taking.
If you can master this, then you'll be careful and purposeful about your betting. This also includes tricky fixtures such as derby games where people tend to place bets passionately without having a wholesome look at the possible outcomes.
4. Bet with what you can afford to lose
Betting should be fun. Don't make it a matter of life and death. It's not a good idea to play with your rent or your children's school fees or other people's money. That's another sign of someone who hasn't done their homework.
Once you've sorted your expenses and aligned your budget, then you can have some fun and place your bet. This also ensures that you won't be chasing your losses.
It will also automatically answer the question, "how much should I bet?"

5. Keep good records of how you're betting
Do you want to experience betting success, long term? Then it should be wise for you to keep records of your betting.
Track the bets you're making - the odds, the result and any comments you could want to add on that particular bet.
If you keep records of your bets, it will make you more disciplined and less random. It will also assist you in keeping track of your betting profits and losses and you'll be wiser. Each result will increase your discipline in betting.
6. Think long-term and give yourself time
We're deliberately mentioning this again because it sits right up there with Oxygen when it comes to betting. Time works magic
The temptation to get rich quick is strong and people tend to think it's a real possibility. It simply doesn't happen.
Think long term. Start small and build up as you slowly increase the amount you bet on each game. Soon you'll find you're making some good money on the side and perhaps, if you persist long enough, you could hit the jackpot or make a living out of betting at the very least. A few Kenyans are doing so but they are very careful about it.
Bottom line, be responsible about your betting. Avoid trying to 'make things interesting' as that ends up being a losing strategy. With betting, you'll sometimes have good days and sometimes you'll have bad days. However, if you follow these tips, you should be able to find the best bets that give you value for your money and make a profit more often than not.

LIVERPOOL RATED THE MOST CREATIVE PREMIERE LEAGUE TEAM

Prepare yourselves for some stats that finally,
conclusively prove that Jurgen Klopp - your
new god - is on the verge of unleashing
something very special on the Premier
League.
To everyone else… we can only apologise for
the ear-bashing you are about to get from any
Liverpool-supporting friends who read this
article.
The Premier League table you can see below
proves that The Reds have officially,
indisputably been the most creative team in
this season's top flight.
Thanks to our statty friends at Opta, we have
been able to find out how many chances each
Premier League team have created in
2016/17.
And while Klopp's side currently sit fourth in
the actual Premier League table, they are
right at the top of this one… by some
distance:

Liverpool have created a massive total of 112
goal scoring opportunities in their seven
matches so far this season, which is a
massive 19 more than any other side.
That's quite a lead.
Interestingly, leaders Man City are only joint
third in this alternative universe. Man United
are down in seventh, while Arsenal - who are
actually above Liverpool in the real table - are
all the way down in eighth.
Which poses an interesting question. If
Liverpool are creating so many more chances
than everyone else, just imagine how well they
would be doing if their defence started pulling
its weight.

ARSENAL DEFENDER WORDS TO POGBA HATERS

Arsenal defender Laurent Koscienly wants Paul Pogba to be left in peace so that he can improve at Manchester United.
Pogba has been widely criticized with many feeling that he has failed to live up to his £89 million price tag.
Deliver
Koscienly believes his French teammate is being unfairly target and has called for that to stop to allow the former Juventus man deliver.
-Because of his transfer and his status, we demand a lot from Paul Pogba. We’ve got to leave him in peace so he can progress. With Paul, we always expect more. When he does something neutral, often it is not enough .He is someone we expect to make assists in every game – there is an expectation that is too large. Paul is okay in his own head. He knows what he wants, he said.
Pogba has scored one goal for Manchester United in the last six league appearances.

REVEALED: AFC LEOPARDS PLAYERS WITH STD

AFC Leopards club officials have begged female
fans to stop bombarding players with free sex
after it emerged that three first-team players
underwent treatment last week for a sexually
transmitted infection.
The officials are concerned that the sex orgies
after matches are affecting team discipline,
which has made some players unavailable for the
crucial match against Western Stima, as they
are currently undergoing treatment for an STI.
The Nairobi News has confirmed from a number
of sources within the club’s hierarchy that the
trio, a goalkeeper, defender and midfielder, were
all diagnosed with the ailment last week and
consequently went for treatment with the club
footing the bill.
INFECTED BY FAN
Further reports suggest that the players are
almost certainly believed to have been infected
after sleeping with one female fan during an
orgy.
“The players have confessed to ‘roasting’ one
woman who is an ardent fan of the club
affiliated to the branches, an Ingwelett,” a top
club official who spoke to Nairobi News on a
condition of anonymity said.
“Thus, we have talked to the players about self
discipline, and even asked the branch officials to
try and control the fans from intimately
interacting with the players,” the official added.
The decision by the club’s management to
engage its branch officials over the matter was
arrived at following a national executive
committee meeting held in Nairobi on Tuesday
evening.

WENGER MOMENTS 20 YEARS AT ARSENAL

WENGER'S SURPRISE APPOINTMENT
In September 1996 Arsenal's surprise
appointment of Arsene Wenger was greeted
with bemusement by the English media with
'Arsene who?' the question on newspaper front
pages.
Having last managed in Japan, Wenger was
unknown to most football fans but made an
instant impact, changing the dietary patterns
and training methods at Highbury.
They would go on to win the double in his first
full season the following year.
'They are the scrappers who rely on
belligerence – we are the better team,' is how.
BEATING FURGIE'S MIND GAMES
Ferguson described Arsenal's 2002 double-
winning season during a long-running feud
between the two managers.
However in the ultimate response Wenger
simply said: 'Everyone thinks they have the
prettiest wife at home', forcing Ferguson to
retract his comments.

MOVE FROM HIGHBURY
Demonstrating his influence at the club, Wenger
was a key figure in Arsenal's move from
Highbury to the Emirates Stadium in 2006 which
he described as 'the biggest decision in
Arsenal's history.'
Wenger turned down offers from the world's
biggest clubs and by staying as manager,
despite huge stadium costs, he confirmed
himself as a huge part of Arsenal's past,
present and future.

WENGER THE FA KING
Wenger won his second successive FA Cup
when his side thrashed Aston Villa 4-0 at
Wembley in 2015.
In doing so Wenger became the joint-most
successful FA Cup manager ever along with
George Ramsey, who managed Aston Villa
around the turn of the 20th Century, with six
wins.
Wenger said in response to criticism earlier this
year: 'Do you know someone who has won the
FA Cup more than me? There's your answer.'
LAST DAY AT HIGHBURY
In perhaps the most dramatic of all Arsenal-
Tottenham battles for fourth, Wenger's side
overtook Spurs on their last-ever game at
Highbury in May 2006.
Henry fittingly scored a hat-trick for the
Gunners, who came from behind to beat Wigan
4-2 on a memorable day for Wenger.
But the day was infamous for the lasagne-
induced food poisoning Spurs players suffered
the night before as their beleaguered team lost
2-1 against West Ham.
ARSENAL TROPHY DROUGHT ENDS
Wenger finally ended his nine-year trophy
drought in the most dramatic fashion in the
2014 FA Cup Final.
After years of near-misses and an embarrassing
League Cup final defeat to Birmingham City in
2011, Arsenal fans despaired after going two
down early on against Hull City.
But the Gunners staged a remarkable
comeback, capped off by Aaron Ramsey's extra-
time winner, to relieve nine years of huge
pressure on their manager.
WENGER BECOMES INVINCIBLE
By 2004 Wenger had built an imperious team
featuring Patrick Vieira, Campbell, Pires and
Henry that stormed to the title without a single
defeat.
The last game of the season saw them fall 1-0
behind against Leicester City but in the spirit
that came to typify their performances that
season they roared back to win 2-1 and
complete their unbeaten campaign. They were
the first team since Preston North End in
1888-89 to do so.
As Wenger said: 'I always had that dream and
to fulfil it is marvellous'.

DIET SECRETS OF KENYAN ATHLETES

<img src = "image.jpg" alt = "Diet secrects of Kenyan athletes revealed and how you can eat like Kenyan athletes" title = "DIET SECRETS OF KENYAN ATHLETES REAVELED" />

Despite not knowing much about the
science of sports nutrition, the diet of
these Kenyan runners was surprisingly
close to that recommended by sports
nutritionist.
Carbohydrates
Most sports-nutrition experts
recommend that runners who are
training at high mileage consume about
nine or ten grams of carbohydrate per
kilogram of body mass per day. While
an average of 10.4 grams is just a little
over the recommended consumption,
it’s clear the Kenyans were following
scientific protocol without realizing it.
This number may seem like a lot (and it
is for sedentary people), especially
given the latest trends towards Paleo
and less carbohydrate-rich diets.
However, as athletes trying to compete
at the highest level of their sport,
replenishing glycogen stores and fueling
their body for recovery is essential to
the high-intensity training they were
conducting.
Protein
In regards to protein, the Kenyans’ diet
was once again closely in line with the
recommendation of top sports-
nutritionists, who suggest consuming
1.2 to 1.7 grams of protein per kilogram
of bodyweight . Since these runners
were training for a 12km distance, not a
marathon, the 1.2 grams they were
consuming is appropriate for their
muscle recovery and rebuilding needs.
What types of foods did
they eat
This particular study didn’t break down
an exact daily diet, but the researchers
did provide data for the amount of
calories from many of the most
commonly consumed foods. Plus,
having trained with some Kenyans
myself, I have a pretty good
understanding of what these foods
were. The data may surprise you.
Sugar – plain sugar – accounted
for 20 percent of daily calories.
The Kenyans love their tea (in
fact, tea consumption was
greater than water consumption
– 1.243 liters per day on
average) and they love putting
lots of milk and sugar in their
tea. Having trained with some
Kenyans myself, I can attest to
just how much tea they drink
and how much milk and sugar
they use. It’s incredible.However,
a large amount of this sugar also
comes from fruits. Immediately
after most runs, Kenyans
consume some type of fruit,
typically watermelon, cantaloupe
and honeydew. The simple sugar
and water from the fruit speeds
glycogen to their muscles post
workout.
Ugali supplied the greatest
number of total calories, making
up 23 percent of the daily diet.
Ugali is simply a dish of maize
flour (cornmeal) cooked with
water. Kenyan runners eat this
for dinner almost every night.
Generally, it’s mixed with a
chicken or beef stew and
vegetables.When made correctly
it actually taste better than it
sounds. My college teammate
Jordan and I once tried living off
Ugali for an entire summer.
Unfortunately, our cooking skills
sucked and it tasted terrible. But,
we were broke so we ate it
anyway.
While so far, the diet of a
Kenyan runner looks rather
unhealthy due to our “sugar is
bad” culture, Kenyans do eat
rather healthy. About 86 percent
of daily calories came from
vegetable sources, with 14
percent from animal foods.
Moreover, they didn’t have
access to junk food (at least in
the training camp) that most
Americans do.
If you’re looking to eat like
a Kenyan runner...
While the Kenyan runner diet runs
contrary to general recommendations
for non-runners and our societies
shifting perspective on sugar and
carbohydrates, the Kenyan diet is
actually a good framework to follow if
you’re running a lot of miles and
training hard.
Their diet is in close step with that
recommended by leading sports-
nutritionist and it’s also made up of
mostly natural, whole foods. With a high
carbohydrate intake, adequate protein
ingestion, and perfect timing of meals,
the top Kenyan runners are eating
optimally — doing the things at the
dinner table which are necessary for
them to perform at the world’s highest
level.
If you’re just getting started or trying to
lose weight, the diet is probably a little
too high in carbohydrates and simple
sugars for your needs. However, you
can still take a page from the Kenyan
runner and time your meals, eat whole
foods, and fuel your muscles for
recovery.

7 OLYMPIC SPORTS KENYANS DON'T KNOW ABOUT

Basketball, track and swimming have been staples at the Olympics for decades, drawing thousands of spectators. But solo synchronized swimming or live pigeon shooting?
They are among the strangest events that have, at one time or another, taken place at the Games.
Here are the 7 oddest sports that have actually graced the modern Olympics:
Solo synchronized swimming
Oxymoron alert! Yes, this sport features one female swimmer synchronizing with herself. The sport made its debut in the Los Angeles Games in 1984, with U.S. swimmer Tracie Ruiz winning the gold medal.
Similar to the group event, a swimmer performs a kind of water ballet. A lonely water ballet.
Despite the seemingly misleading title, organizers of the sport say the swimmer is actually in sync with the music.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
No. But there will be the team synchronized swimming events that most people are familiar with. The solo event was discontinued after 1992.

Club swinging
Club Swinging debuted in 1904. The athlete stands erect, holding clubs that resemble bowling pins in each hand. He then twirls and whirls them around. The more complicated the routine, the more points he wins.
Historians say the sport was the precursor to rhythmic gymnastic events that use ribbons and hoops
.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
No. Sadly. Club Swinging was only in the Olympics twice, ending in 1932.
Tug-of-war
Once a very competitive Olympic sport, tug of war employs teams that struggle and strain to pull a rope past a certain point. Great Britain actually won the most medals in this event, historians say.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
Nope. Tug-of-war was an Olympic event until 1920, and was then relegated to the church picnic circuit.

1.Live pigeon shooting
The 1900 Olympics in Paris had the great distinction of being the first Games where women competed. It also wore the ignoble badge for this sport, where athletes aimed to bring down as many pigeons as possible.
Nearly 300 birds were slain, historians say, leaving a bloody, feathery mess. The winner shot down 21 pigeons.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
Yes! Just kidding, come on now. The 1900 Games in Paris was the only time pigeon killing was featured in the Olympics.

2.Swimming obstacle course
As strange as this sport may seem, the obstacles swimmers had to overcome are even more unusual. In the 1900 Games in Paris, swimmers crawled over boats, swam under them and climbed a pole -- all the while swimming 200 meters in the Seine.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
No, but if we did the water quality itself would probably be the biggest obstacle.

3.Roller hockey
Maybe if this was the 1970s and there was a disco ball, this sport would have taken off. Roller Hockey debuted at the 1992 Barcelona Games. The game follows the rules of ice hockey, but with roller skates. Argentina took the gold.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
No. The Barcelona Games was the only time Roller Hockey was in the Olympics.

4.La Canne
Ok, think fencing. Now take away the saber and replace it with a cane. You know, the walking stick type of thing? Voila, now you have the French martial art La Canne, that debuted at the 1924 Olympics.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
No, but you can watch the fencing events and imagine how much more awesome it would be with wooden canes.

5.Rope climbing
Yes, the activity that made you feel like a weakling in your physical education class debuted as an Olympic sport in 1896. Just like in your gym class, climbers are timed to see how quickly they can shimmy up a braided rope.
But unlike your classmates, these athletes didn't run out of steam before reaching the top.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
No. After 1932, the Olympics thankfully left rope climbing behind. Kind of like you did after high school.

6.Trampoline
Despite seeming like an activity you did in your backyard when you were 10, trampoline debuted as an Olympic sport in 2000.
Gymnasts take to the trampoline, somersaulting and flipping as stern-faced judges keep score.
"Precise technique and perfect body control are vital for success, with judges delivering marks for difficulty, execution and time of flight, minus penalties," Olympic officials say.
Will we see this sport in Rio?
Yes. Both men and women trampolinists (yes, that is a word) will bounce for victory.

7.Race walking
In this sport, competitors try to outrace one another -- without actually running. Huh? Even though the premise seems a little goofy, race walking has actually been an Olympic sport since 1904.
To ensure that athletes do not run, race walkers must have one foot on the ground at all times or risk disqualification. The result? A distinctive sashay that elicits many a giggle.

THE WORST OLYMPICS SPORTS REVEALED

The Olympic Games are finally here. The modern incarnation began back in 1896, but the Olympic tradition harkens back to the ancient Greek festival where a massive municipal infrastructure boondoggle was offered unto the gods as a tribute.
Many of the sports appearing at the Summer Games have storied and truly ancient histories, and not just the obvious ones like the discus and javelin events. The race Herodotus presumably called “βμχ” is now honored with the Olympic event of bicycle motocross racing. Who could forget the ancient story of Achilles gaining victory over the Trojan Prince Hector in a particularly devastating table tennis bout. And most of all, while Pheidippides’ run following the Greek victory at the battle of Marathon gets all the glory, today we also commemorate in the Olympic Games the tenacious if less celebrated efforts of an unnamed Achaean soldier after the Battle of 50 Kilometer Race Walk.
Alright, I’ll just say it: Some Olympic events are better than others. Some are way better than others. And I wanted to figure out which are really the best.

SUAREZ AND MESSI MISSING ON UEFA LIST-SCANDAL

Barcelona vice-president Jordi Mestre has branded UEFA’s decision to omit Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi from its Best Player Award shortlist “scandalous”.
Suarez and Messi only came fourth and fifth respectively in the running for the award to acknowledge Europe's best player of last season, with Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Antoine Griezmann preferred, prompting Mestre to hit out at UEFA.
“It doesn’t seem the right decision to me at all,” he told TV3 prior to Barca’s friendly against Liverpool at Wembley on Saturday.
“I don’t know what criteria UEFA applied, with all respect to the chosen winners, but I disagree [with the choices].
“That our players aren’t there, such as Suarez or Messi, is scandalous. The club are very disappointed and angry.”

WHO WILL WIN 2016/17 PREMIERE LEAGUE

Manchester City: Despite only finishing fourth, City had the best squad in the Premier League last time out and have strengthened it further with the acquisitions of Nolito and Ilkay Gundogan this summer. Pep Guardiola is one of the world’s leading managers and will take the club to another level in the next few years.
• RICHARD JOLLY, ENGLISH FOOTBALL CORRESPONDENT
Manchester City: Based partly on Guardiola’s brilliant record, the sense of unfulfilled potential in the squad and that even when underachieving they still came fourth, plus winning a trophy and reaching the Champions League semi-finals. They have so much talent that there is scope to get better under a high-class coach.
• ANDY MITTEN, EUROPEAN FOOTBALL CORRESPONDENT
Manchester United: United will improve on last season, but I don’t see a standout side this year. It’ll be a tough league to win, with sides more level. The new television deal means the smaller clubs no longer need to sell their best players.
• THOMAS WOODS, SPORTS EDITOR
Manchester United: Jose Mourinho has made impressive signings and has the tactical experience to help United take points away from their encounters with title rivals. In what could be a four or five-horse title race, the Special One will be the difference.
• GRAHAM CAYGILL, DEPUTY SPORTS EDITOR
Manchester United: Excellent defensively for much of last season, and no reason that should not continue. Add the new signings and the Mourinho factor and they have a great chance of a first title since 2013.
• STEVE LUCKINGS, SENIOR SPORTS EDITOR
Manchester City: Pep Guardiola, the best manager in the world, is in charge of an already world-class squad with money to spend. Enough said.
• JOHN MCAULEY, STAFF REPORTER
Chelsea : Antonio Conte, a rebounding Eden Hazard, a squad still stacked with talent despite last season’s farce, money to spend on an elite-level striker, no European football. Oh, and N’Golo Kante. N’Golo. Kante.

Manchester City: Guardiola will be an instant success, taking advantage of a fairly open race. The signings look solid and good value for money. Tottenham will challenge again, United rebuilding and Arsenal settling for fourth.

Chelsea: Last season’s disaster makes it easy to underestimate how talented a squad Chelsea have. New manager Antonio Conte should adapt comfortably to the Premier League, and the lack of European football will only work in their favour, just as it did for Leicester.

Tottenham Hotspur: Finished third last season with a young group of top talent who should improve as they continue to grow together and who will have learnt from last season’s missteps at the end. They’ve got just enough window before the Guardiolas and Mourinhos and Contes start shaping their new clubs into superpowers.

BARCELONA STAR TO JOIN ROMA

Barcelona have confirmed that Thomas Vermaelen will join Roma after giving the defender permission to complete his season-long loan in Italy.
According to Sport, all three parties have reached an agreement, which will see Vermaelen initially join Roma on loan and the Giallorossi retain a purchase option next summer, subject to the Belgian passing a medical.
“Vermaelen has travelled to Rome to undergo a medical with AS Roma,” Barca’s official Twitter account tweeted.
Vermaelen joined La Blaugrana from Arsenal in the summer of 2014 for €19m, but injuries and a subsequent lack of first-team opportunities limited him to just 21 appearances in all competitions.

ARSENAL KEEN TO SIGN DEFENDER

The Gunners have an interest in the 24-year-
old Valencia centre-back as they hunt for a
new defender following an injury that’s set to
keep Per Mertesacker on the sidelines until
around Christmas.
Highly-rated Germany international Mustafi,
who had a spell at Everton as a youngster,
has a £42.1m clause in his contract.
But he is understood to be interested in
working with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, and
it’s believed Valencia would be prepared to
sell for around £25m.

HULL CITY FANS SHOCKED BY SPORTPESA SPONSORSHIPS DEAL

A section of Hull City fans were this week left
seething in anger after the football club
announced that SportPesa had become its new
sponsor.
Hull City fans were stunned that a company they
hardly knew would now have its logo splashed on
their team’s jerseys for the next three football
seasons ending 2019.
The announcement came at a time when Hull’s
owner, Assem Allam (a British businessman of
Egyptian descent), is facing sustained rebellion
from the club’s supporters over alleged
mismanagement.
“I am sorry but I won’t be buying it (the jersey). I
won’t be going to any games either. I won’t be
putting a single penny into Hull City until the
Allams have gone,” Phil Meade a supporter
posted on Facebook.
“It is such a shame that the club I have
supported for 20 odd years has gone this way.
We are the laughing stock of the whole world.
Allams out now.”
Other fans were displeased that their club had
placed its fate in the hands of betting companies
as its sponsors. In 2014, the football club signed
a two-year partnership with Asia-based
bookmakers 12Bet whose conclusion opened the
door for SportPesa.
Some supporters were, however, not bothered by
the origins of the new sponsors but demanded
that Mr Allam leaves the company.
“I like the sponsor but the name’s a bit long.
Maybe just print Pesa. Sport seems a bit
redundant for a gambling company,” a fan by the
name Rob Ballantyne tweeted.
The reason behind the vitriol towards the 77-
year-old is a botched name change he attempted
a few years ago to rebrand the club as Hull
Tigers.
