CHELSEA NEAR DEAL FOR ROMA DEFENDER

Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has arrived in London to complete his £36m move to Chelsea.
Germany centre half Rudiger has agreed to join Chelsea who have beat off late competition from Manchester City.
Rudiger is due to undergo a medical before completing a deal which is made up of £31m plus £5m in add-ons.
Chelsea have been looking at Virgil van Dijk. Leonardo Bonucci and Jerome Boateng but have sealed a deal for Rudiger.
Former Stuttgart defender Rudiger has been at Roma for two seasons and is a regular for the German national team.
His power, strength and pace would be a match for what Conte wants to strengthen his squad.
They have looked at Kostas Manolas, Leonardo Bonucci, Jerome Boateng and Virgil Van Dijk, but Rudiger will become Conte's first significant signing as a Premier League champion.

IEBC disqualifies Rarieda MP candidate Augustine Adhola

BREAKING NEWS
Meanwhile, the commission has summoned 24 politicians fighting for various seats for violence and breach of itd code of conduct.
The politicians have been asked to appear before the IEBC Electoral Code of Conduct Enforcement Committee on July 6.
Those summoned are Migori Governor Okoth Obado and his rival running as independent Ochilo Ayacko
The electoral commission has disqualified Rarieda independent parliamentary candidate Augustine Netto Adhola from the August 8 race.
Mr Netto now becomes the first casualty in the long list of politicians who have breached the electoral code of conduct, receiving the last and final form of punishment from the IEBC: being barred from the race altogether.
SH250,000 FINE
Mr Netto had on June 22 been ordered, within 48 hours, to pay Sh250,00 fine to the commission and remove all posters and campaign materials bearing ODM colours and images of the ODM leader Raila Odinga, failure to which the IEBC warned that he will be disqualified.
“The Electoral Code of Conduct Enforcement Committee notes that the said Netto Adhola failed, neglected and ignored to obey any of the Orders or at all,” IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati said in a statement.
Though Mr Netto had filed an appeal at the High Court to stay the execution of the punishment, Mr Chebukati said, he had lost the case on June 30 with the court affirming the decision of the electoral agency.
“In the premises, the commission has enforced the decision of the committee of June 22, 2017 and hereby directs that Augustine Netto Adhola is disqualified from contesting in the upcoming General elections 2017,” Mr Chebukati, the chair of the committee whose members are the IEBC commissioners, said in the statement.
SH1 MILLION
Mr Netto’s case filed by ODM Rarieda parliamentary aspirant Erick Onyango was one of the seven cases filed with the committee.

NCIC GIVES POST ELECTION VIOLENCE FEAR

The commission has in the past named 19 counties as hotspots for violence during the election.
They also identified hate speech on vernacular radio stations and social media.
The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has echoed sentiments by European Union election observers of possible violence and asked electoral body to discharge its mandate effectively.
The EU Election Observation Mission to Kenya on Monday raised the red flag over possible elections violence.
“There is a serious risk of violence because politicians are beating the drums of war but we can stop this if all of discharge our responsibilities as required under the law,” Ms Irene Wanyoike, the NCIC vice chair said at a press conference on Tuesday.
MISLED
She was accompanied by commissioners Roba Sharamo and Adan Abdi Mohammed. The statement was signed by Chairman Francis ole Kaparo, who did not attend the briefing.
She however clarified that raising the red flag does not confirm that there will be violence, saying there is hope for peace if Kenyans refuse to be misled by politicians.
Among the things the commission has flagged out include the widening ethnic and political polarisation, increased use of inflammatory statements largely characterised by inter and intra-ethnic profiling by the political class and their supporters.
This, the commission noted, has resulted into political hooliganism and violence in some areas.
INSENSITIVE
They also identified hate speech on vernacular radio stations and social media and what it describes as “notable insensitive and sensational reporting by a section of the media.

FACEBOOK AGAINST FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Facebook Inc (FB.O) is challenging a gag order from a U.S. court that is preventing the company from talking about three government search warrants that it said pose a threat to freedom of speech, according to court documents.
Facebook said it wants to notify three users about the search warrants seeking their communications and information and also give those users an opportunity to object to the warrants, according to a filing in a Washington, D.C., appeals court seen by Reuters.
"We believe there are important First Amendment concerns with this case, including the government's refusal to let us notify three people of broad requests for their account information in connection with public events," Facebook said in a statement on Monday.
The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees certain rights including freedom of speech.
William Miller, a spokesman for U.S. prosecutors, declined to comment.
Facebook decided to challenge the gag order around the three warrants because free speech was at stake and because the events underlying the government's investigation were generally known to the public already, Facebook said in the undated court document.
The precise nature of the government's investigation is not known. One document in the case said the timing of proceedings coincides with charges against people who protested President Donald Trump's inauguration in January.
More than 200 people were arrested in Washington the day Trump was sworn in. Masked activists threw rocks at police, and multiple vehicles were set on fire.
Tech firms comply with thousands of requests for user data annually made by governments around the world, but in extraordinary circumstances, companies such as Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O) and Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) have challenged government secrecy orders.
Facebook recently fought a secrecy order related to a disability fraud investigation, losing in April in New York state's highest court.
Companies and privacy advocates argue that gag orders rely on outdated laws and are applied too often, sometimes indefinitely, to bar them from notifying customers about government requests for their private online data. Facebook says about half of U.S. requests are accompanied by a non-disclosure order prohibiting it from notifying affected users.
In April, a local judge in Washington denied Facebook's request to remove the gag order there, according to the document. Facebook is appealing and has preserved the relevant records pending the outcome, the document said.
"The government can only insulate its actions from public scrutiny in this way in the rarest circumstances, which likely do not apply here," said Andrew Crocker, a staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a nonprofit group that advocates for digital rights.
Facebook is getting support in court papers from several organizations including the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union, as well as eight tech companies such as Microsoft and Apple Inc (AAPL.O).
The District of Columbia Court of Appeals, which is the highest court in Washington for local matters, is scheduled to hear the case in September, according to an order obtained by BuzzFeed News, which first reported Facebook's challenge to the gag order on Monday.

MEN AND WOMEN INAPPROPRIATE- STUDY

New U.S. survey reveals solo interactions between the sexes in the workplace are still perceived and experienced as awkward. Here's how this can negatively affect women in the workplace.
Earlier this year U.S. Vice President Mike Pence
jokingly referenced his 2002 comment, wherein he admitted he would never dine privately with a woman other than his wife or attend events with alcohol unless his wife was in his presence too.
Unsurprisingly, this caused a bit of a Twitter tumult, for several important reasons.
Some praised the vice president for holding his wife and marriage in high esteem. Others pointed out that his mindset will only serve to the detriment of women in the workplace – an issue already worryingly prevalent, although Pence has not denied women jobs in key spots.
In an article for the Washington Post, political reporter Aaron Blake notes:
"…Pence's arrangement was one that reeked of sexism and a bygone era — an impractical code in the modern age of men and women working alongside one another. And how could the vice president of the United States not be trusted to dine alone or attend parties with women without it venturing into unholy territory?"
Recently, a U.S. study revealed that many Americans hold very similar beliefs. According to the New York Times, a Morning Consult poll shows that one-on-one interactions with people of the opposite sex at work, especially in social settings, is met with extreme caution.
The poll results indicate that 60% of women said it is inappropriate to have a drink with a male coworker who is not your spouse, while 53% said the same thing about having dinner with a male coworker.
The response from men followed closely with 48% saying a drink alone with a female coworker was inappropriate. When it came to dinner, 45% felt like it was unacceptable.
The reason? Religious beliefs, respect for one's partner, and depicting the workplace as an environment wherein employees fear harassment or being accused of impropriety. The point to consider is that, like many people polled revealed, their social lives and careers depend on such solo interactions.
“If I couldn’t meet with my boss one on one, I don’t get that face time to show what I can do to get that next promotion,” said Shannon Healy, a property manager, in the New York Times.
In fact, Women in the Workplace indicates that many women face push-backs when they negotiate for promotions, and that they tend to report fewer substantive interactions with their senior leaders in comparison to their male counterparts.
A recent survey by the National Journal also sheds light on the issue. The effect of an implicit policy among congregational staffers has unjust consequences for women: the policy allows only male staffers to spend one-on-one time at after-hours events with their congressmen.
This means that female staffers are excluded from crucial conversations, networking opportunities and professional exposure, consequently earning about $6,000 (Ksh 600,000) less annually than their male colleagues.
In the same New York Times article, Hannah Stackawitz, a health care consultant, said that life without solo meetings with men is impractical and that both she and her husband do it every day.
David Smith and Brad Johnson further argue in
this article for the Harvard Business Review that this way of thinking would mean that a bisexual leader could never meet alone with anyone.
So, to avoid women in the workplace being excluded from career advancement opportunities, we need to address why these interactions are deemed 'inappropriate'. A young female associate might be overlooked for a business trip with her married boss because he fears any awkwardness, opting to take a male colleague instead. This puts the female associate at a massive disadvantage career wise. But this is mainly because she's not acknowledged as a peer, but seen as a distraction for the male colleague.
It's not that men and women can't work together, or are unable to achieve success together; it's about the unequal distribution of power in the workplace in general. This imbalance needs to be corrected in order for men and women to achieve more equal standing in the workplace.

TIPS FOR BETTING IN KENYA, BEGINNERS

How do these winners do it? What's the secret? Is there a science (or the art) behind success in betting?
First of all, as previously mentioned, it can take some time to master the skill of making money on betting. If you're a beginner, don't be in a rush. As easy and simple as sports betting looks, you aren't likely to get things right at the start. If you do it the wrong way, you won't enjoy sports betting and you won't make money.Take your time to learn.
Here are the top tips for beginners
1. Understand as much as you can about the sport that you're betting on
An experienced player will tell you that it isn't just about how many wins the team has had during their last six or eight games. Rather, it's about how well they've been playing offensively or defensively. Have there been fights internally? Has the coach been replaced? Is the team good at home or away?
These details will help you place a good bet and predict an outcome that is as accurate as possible.
2. The one that's favorite doesn't always win
An unwritten rule that is worth considering. It however can be difficult to ignore because of the odds given.
A good example is was when Leicester City won the Premier League during the 2015/16 season. The odds of them doing it were 5000 / 1 and the favorites were Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Spurs.
Leicester City did it against all odds and yes, a lot of Kenyans made good money betting on Leicester's games, especially when they played at home during that season. The odds weren't always in their favor until towards the end of the season. They did so simply because of how Leicester was playing.
3. Don't bet emotionally. Don't bet with your heart
You love your team. You want them to win. It makes sense that they should. They are up against strong opposition but then you are convinced that because you love them, they must win. You go ahead and put a huge amount of money on them to win. Then they lose. You are depressed or even angry at yourself.
This has been the scenario of many Kenyans who didn't take their time to do their homework. Avoid betting with your heart. Use your head. You've got the Internet so have no excuse about searching for as much information as possible about the teams playing. It's all out there and it's free. Basically yours for the taking.
If you can master this, then you'll be careful and purposeful about your betting. This also includes tricky fixtures such as derby games where people tend to place bets passionately without having a wholesome look at the possible outcomes.
4. Bet with what you can afford to lose
Betting should be fun. Don't make it a matter of life and death. It's not a good idea to play with your rent or your children's school fees or other people's money. That's another sign of someone who hasn't done their homework.
Once you've sorted your expenses and aligned your budget, then you can have some fun and place your bet. This also ensures that you won't be chasing your losses.
It will also automatically answer the question, "how much should I bet?"

5. Keep good records of how you're betting
Do you want to experience betting success, long term? Then it should be wise for you to keep records of your betting.
Track the bets you're making - the odds, the result and any comments you could want to add on that particular bet.
If you keep records of your bets, it will make you more disciplined and less random. It will also assist you in keeping track of your betting profits and losses and you'll be wiser. Each result will increase your discipline in betting.
6. Think long-term and give yourself time
We're deliberately mentioning this again because it sits right up there with Oxygen when it comes to betting. Time works magic
The temptation to get rich quick is strong and people tend to think it's a real possibility. It simply doesn't happen.
Think long term. Start small and build up as you slowly increase the amount you bet on each game. Soon you'll find you're making some good money on the side and perhaps, if you persist long enough, you could hit the jackpot or make a living out of betting at the very least. A few Kenyans are doing so but they are very careful about it.
Bottom line, be responsible about your betting. Avoid trying to 'make things interesting' as that ends up being a losing strategy. With betting, you'll sometimes have good days and sometimes you'll have bad days. However, if you follow these tips, you should be able to find the best bets that give you value for your money and make a profit more often than not.

MAKONDE PEOPLE'S JOURNEY TO KENYAN CITIZENSHIP

Kenyan president, Uhuru Kenyatta, has on 14th Oct 2016 ,  declared the Makonde people of Kenya as Kenyan citizens thus adding another tribe to the already existing 42 tribes of kenya. Most of you have either never heard of them or read about their cousins in Mozambique. Many don't know how they got to Kenya or even their existence.

The ethnic Makonde community were brought
in to work on sugar plantations at the defunct
Ramisi Sugar Factory.
They did not return to their motherland when
the factory collapsed over three decades ago
and live in the derelict houses in former
plantations.
Historically, they have been isolated and
despised by local Muslims. Many of them
resorted to palm wine tapping and sale after
the sugar industry collapsed.
Local chauvinists have held myths that the
Makonde practiced cannibalism, thus
enhancing their isolation. Legally, they live in
limbo because although the Kenyan authorities
have not expelled them, it has not given them
citizenship either. But in fact they are renowned for their artistic culture throughout the world made famous by the exquisite Makonde carvings.

A couple of years ago, Mozambican embassy
officials in Kenya visited the area and tried to
persuade them to return to their motherland
but none of them was willing to do so.
Recently, Mozambique embassy officials
entered discussions to try and register them
to vote in the country’s October polls.
Their insist to stay in the Kenyan coast has finally bore fruits as after years of cry to the Kenyan government to acknowledge them as citizens, and even a demonstration at the Kenyan president's residence. The Uhuru government has promised to give them Kenyan citizenship and grant them Kenyan ID cards as they officially become assimilated into the Kenyan tribes.

LIVERPOOL RATED THE MOST CREATIVE PREMIERE LEAGUE TEAM

Prepare yourselves for some stats that finally,
conclusively prove that Jurgen Klopp - your
new god - is on the verge of unleashing
something very special on the Premier
League.
To everyone else… we can only apologise for
the ear-bashing you are about to get from any
Liverpool-supporting friends who read this
article.
The Premier League table you can see below
proves that The Reds have officially,
indisputably been the most creative team in
this season's top flight.
Thanks to our statty friends at Opta, we have
been able to find out how many chances each
Premier League team have created in
2016/17.
And while Klopp's side currently sit fourth in
the actual Premier League table, they are
right at the top of this one… by some
distance:

Liverpool have created a massive total of 112
goal scoring opportunities in their seven
matches so far this season, which is a
massive 19 more than any other side.
That's quite a lead.
Interestingly, leaders Man City are only joint
third in this alternative universe. Man United
are down in seventh, while Arsenal - who are
actually above Liverpool in the real table - are
all the way down in eighth.
Which poses an interesting question. If
Liverpool are creating so many more chances
than everyone else, just imagine how well they
would be doing if their defence started pulling
its weight.

He knows what he wants, he said.

DIAMOND PLATINUMZ TOPS KENYAN ITUNES CHARTS

At the rate Kenyans are consuming local music, for sure artists will have something to wail about. If it’s not Naija music dominating our airwaves, it is Kwaito or bongo.
And if the charts are anything to go by, Kenyans would rather listen to foreign music than support their own local artists. This factoring in that the quality of music from Kenya has gone way up but why are Kenyans still not buying their own music? That is a story for another day.
As it stands, Tanzanian music star Chibu Dangote aka Diamond, will be singing straight to the bank as Kenyans buy his latest song ‘Salome’ thrusting it to first position in the itunes top 100 not in Tanzania or the US, but Kenya.

HOW BREAST ENHANCEMENT CREAMS ACTUALLY WORK

Different people have different breast sizes, something that is determined by your hormonal functionality as well as nutrition.
Breast enhancement creams work on the adipose tissue that is responsible for the size of your breast. They also activate the glands responsible for the production of estrogen in order to make your breasts grow bigger.
Different breast enhancement creams work differently, depending on the ingredients used to manufacture them.
Most of these creams work by increasing the volume of your breast, the shape as well as firmness of your boobs.
Generally, the best breast enhancement cream stimulates the production of estrogen and thus restores your normal breast growth, resulting to bigger breasts.
The application process involves some type of massage, which in turn stimulates your mammary glands leading to faster growth.

WHY MEN DON'T KNOW DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LOVE AND SEX

Some of these young ladies have been made to believe they have to sleep with their partners in order to show them how much they love them. This is a big misconception as most of these ladies end up being shattered after they break up.
It is quite possible for you to share beautiful moments with a man without getting down; there are many couples who waited till their wedding nights. This did not change the feelings they have for each other as they learned to treat each other with respect before consummating their love.
Most men do not know how to tell love apart from lust; everything is in one direction for men like that. They believe everything they do with a woman has to boil down to bodies grinding and staying entwined for hours.
There are a number of factors that could be responsible for that. This piece is going to reveal the reasons men confuse love with sex; this will help you a great deal as you will be able to do things the right way from this moment.
Find below some of the reasons men do not know the difference between love and sex:
1. Insecurity
It has been observed that one of the reasons men cannot tell the difference between love and sex is insecurity. They settle for sex and tell themselves they are in charge; they also coerce the women they come in contact with to do their will in order to prove they love them.
This is because some of these men convert their need for intimacy, love, care, comfort and affection into sexual desires. Once they are able to get this from their partners, it is translated to love. Men who have low self-esteem tend to mix up these two things.

2. The need to be held
Some men opt in for sex when they are depressed and sad; they believe consummation will help them come out of that dark place. The physical comfort they also get from being held sends the wrong signal to them; many of them translate this to be love.
Sex makes many men feel they already know the women enough; they skip the important steps they need to take in order to know the women.
3. Pseudo-charm
Most times we meet people, we often get carried away by their charms. These charms send the wrong message to the brain and body.
Most people find themselves in the bedroom before they could say jack; because things happen very fast sometimes, some men do not know what to make of the union.

4. Both end the same way for men
Another reason why some men cannot tell the difference between love and sex is as a result of their mentality. Many men treat both the same way; sex can be different from love if it was taken as an action that supports reproduction or when it is being done for distraction.
Love is expected to writhe and moan with pleasure beneath them. Sex happens with the men getting emotional at one point or the other.

SENIOR KENYAN POLICE OFFICER DITCHES WIFE FOR "CLANDE'

a policewoman confronted her husband, the twice-married area OCS, over an affair with a freshly recruited cop.
Victor Oduor, who has been the Embakasi OCS for six years, has allegedly been in a relationship with a fresh recruit, Elizabeth Rimba. His wife, Irene Matangala, also a police officer based in Embakasi, caused a scene as fellow officers watched from a distance.
Irene accuses Oduor of transferring her to Mukuru so that he could have time with his new squeeze.
Irene burst into Oduor’s office and beat up Elizabeth, the kurutu, who managed to bolt to safety. Irene then turned her wrath on her hubby who has since denied that Irene is his wife. Oduor says they only had a fling which ended last year.
“She was not in uniform, but had been hiding, waiting for the new recruit to come in before accosting her. She got her chance when she saw the recruit walk into Oduor’s office where she kicked the door open and started a fight,” said a police source within the station.
“We couldn’t get into the fight because we know they had a relationship and we all felt they should sort out their issues as adults,” added the police officer who witnessed the daytime drama.
Irene says she met Oduor in 2012 when she was a fresh recruit from Kiganjo. “We came to Embakasi and he looked very troubled. I came to learn that he had been having problems with his wife and was always unhappy. Fellow officers asked me to take care of him and that’s how I became his girlfriend and eventually his wife,” narrated Irene. She says they have been living together on and off, as Oduor still occasionally goes back to his first wife.
“We had a baby and life has been good. He was paying rent and other expenses until he got a new girlfriend in April. He then suddenly turned his back on us and stopped paying rent and caring about us. I am very bitter with him,” laments Irene.
She even insists that Oduor transferred her to Mukuru so that he could get some quality time with his
mpango wa kando.
Oduor told The Nairobian that he had an affair with Irene, but she has never been his wife. “When you work closely with someone, you can sometimes fall in love. We are all human, it happened to me and we had a baby. I later came to realise she isn’t a straightforward woman and I decided to end the relationship. She threatened me that she will go to the media with our story, but unlike her, I don’t want to go into details and expose to the public what she did to me and the reason why I ended the relationship. Being a single man, I eventually found love again, but she has refused to let go.”
The OCS says he has been catering for his daughter and even supports Irene’s child from an earlier marriage.
“There is so much going on between us, and only a few friends know how I have suffered. I am a man. All I know is that I am doing the best I can to take care of the child I had with Irene,” said Oduor.

DAVID MARAGA'S APPOINTMENT AS KENYA'S CJ TO BE CHALLENGED

Some residents of Ainamoi constituency have prepared two petitions to present to the National Assembly opposing the appointment of Court of Appeal Judge David Maraga as the new Chief Justice.
The residents based their petitions on a ruling delivered by Justice Maraga in a case on the killing of David Kimutai Too, then Ainamoi MP.
The judge, then based at the High Court in Nakuru, reduced the murder charge against the accused to manslaughter and jailed him for 10 years.
The accused, Andrew Moeche Omwenga, was charged with killing Mr Too and traffic police officer Eunice Chepkwony in Eldoret town on January 31, 2008.
The petitions have been prepared by Emmanuel Korir, a parliamentary aspirant, and Tom Biegon, an aide to Ainamoi MP Benjamin Langat.

WATCH MBEYA SECONDARY STUDENT BEAT UP TO NEAR DEATH

A video has emerged on Thursday 6th October of a Kenyan student from Mbeya secondary school in Kenya being beat up to a pulp.
This is evidence that the canning of students and pupils in kenya , which has been banned for years now is far from over. Kenyan secondary schools have been on a riotous streak which was blamed on leniency on the part of kenyan teachers. This might be a sign that teachers are preparing to show their might as canning cases are of late on the rise.
The video has prompted Kenyans on social media to call for the sacking of the teachers of mbeya secondary school and legal action taken against them.

6 REASONS LADIES SHOULD STOP CARRYING BIG BAGS

As much as men make fun of the large bags women carry, it is true that some women do carry really heavy bags. If your bag is so heavy that it is approaching the size and weight of a suitcase, you need to make a change and below is the reason why
1. BACK PAINS
heavy bags not only affect your arms and shoulders but it forces the body to compensate with other muscles to hold up the weight. When with a heavy bag, every time you put it down and pick it up again you use back muscles. These muscles may strain and it is really painful. The continued use of such big bags may lead to increased risks of curvature of the spine, hunchback in women and weak bones.
2. POSTURE
In another world, we would switch sides when carrying a bag but we tend to favor one side of the body that we deem stronger or prominent. This leads to the muscles of that favorite side to be stronger than the other hence an uneven body which is bad for your appearance and posture.
3. HARD TO FIND THINGS
A large bag that is overloaded with stuff creates clutter and confusion that affects your time and may increase your stress level in a day. The more the things you put in your bag the harder it will be to find things you need. Sometimes less is more and this is one such time.
4. HEADACHES
Not only do the large bags affect your arms and shoulder but you can get headaches too. All the stress put on your various muscles result in tension head aches similar to migraines.
5. GERMS AND BACTERIA
A heavy bag tends to be put on the floor when it's time to take a break. When you stop at a street corner, enter a fast food joint in town, in a park you will most likely put your bag on the ground. All this times your bag accumulates with germs and bacteria which you may transfer to your bed, couch or kitchen.
6. SHOULDER PAIN
Large bags with thin straps normally cut into your shoulder and cause damage to your shoulder muscle which causes intense pain to that part of the of the body. If you cannot reduce what you carry, opt for a bag with thicker straps so as to distribute the weight evenly.

5 GUIDELINES TO DATING A SINGLE DAD

If you have kids of your own, dating a single dad can be fulfilling but can also bring its challenges which include the ex who is most likely to be the mom of his kids. So even though you two may be blindly in love, with this kind of relationship you need to factor in the children from the get go. Below are 5 tips that will help you have a great relationship with that single dad you want to date.
1. RESPECT THE BABY MAMA
whether their relationship is great or they can't see each other anymore, never trash her. Especially not in front of the kids, yours or his. Remember she was once someone special to him and is still his kids mother. What you really want is to set a positive tone for the new relationship based on you two and the kids and your life together.
2 . DON'T BE JEALOUS
If you don't have children of your own,and you want to date a single dad, be sure of what you are in for. With his kids around,he will not devote to you entirely. He may even delay your meet with his kids until he is satisfied you are up for it. Don't take this personally. Remember that his kids will always come first and if you can't handle sharing his affection then the single dad isn't your type.
3. HE HAS BAGGAGE
If you are serious about dating that single dad, you should be ready to accept him with all that is attached to him. Children, bills, ex wife issues etc. After all you want him to accept you with everything you bring to the table.
4. TAKE YOUR TIME
When you are in love,it practically a license for you to hurt each other. If you have kids, you are giving him a chance to hurt you and your kids and it is extremely important you don't rush and test the different aspects of your relationship before you introduce yourselves to each others kids. Wait until you are sure you are both committed to seeing your relationship in the long haul before you meet with his kids or yours meet him.
5. SPEND TIME WITH HIS KIDS
Create time for you and his kids and if you have kids to  encourage him to do the same with yours. His kids are an extension of him and if you can't learn to love them, the relationship is pretty much doomed. This applies to him also. Remember you two chose each other and your kids didn't have a say in it. Give them time to grow, know and love you
